slideshow is set to automatically change pictures every 15

Melissa
and I had rented a small apartment in Cavalaire which is about 10
miles from Saint Tropez. The apartment was on a slope of a
hill overlooking the town with beautiful view of the town and its
bay. It took about 10 minutes to walk
to town and the beaches (about 20 to get back since we had somewhat
of a hill). Melissa was a real trooper and frequently walked
which I with my lazy behind took the car and parked in a parking lot
closer down the hill.
Cavalaire was a very good choice as home
base. The apartment was very nice and allowed us to do our own
cooking and I achieved my objective to get some good relaxing time.
Every night I would sit on the patio overlooking the bay and
averaging a bottle of Port every two nights.
The town was small enough and not really
overrun by tourists. It had a nice port, beautiful beaches and
a nice selection of restaurants and shopping. |
