Use the button controls to control the slideshow if it goes to fast or too slow.  The slideshow is set to automatically change pictures every 15 seconds.

On July 12 we drove 5 hours back into Central France to attend the Genesis concert.  After we arrived we had a few hours to explore Lyon.

I had made arrangements online to reserve a room at a reasonably-priced hotel.  When we arrived in Lyon Melissa pretty much freaked out as the area close to it was a pick-up place for hookers.  Since prostitution is legal in France, it was not that dangerous and we actually walked through that area without incident on our way to and from the concert.

Since we had a few hours left before the concert we took a stroll through the city and after passing the railroad station found ourselves in the middle of all activities.  We had a nice lunch and enjoyed the architecture and people of Lyon.

In the evening we attended the Genesis concert.  It took place in the soccer stadium and we had excellent seats.  The concert was great and we returned to Cavalaire the next morning for our final few days in Southern France.
